Daria is a qualified broad-based professional with more than 15 years of experience in banking and technology services. She specializes in project management and consulting in business process, product and service development projects. Prior to joining Smartgen, Daria worked with KPMG in Russia and successfully completed a project with a gold mining company, establishing an IT company within the group. As part of that project, she developed the IT company's go-to-market strategy, built the company's customer relations mechanism, and developed the target organizational structure, including the company's functional model. In addition, Daria also participated in a project on implementing best practices of financial management in IT functions based on the TBM (technology business management) model in a large retail group of companies. Prior to KPMG, Daria worked as a project manager at VTB Bank in Moscow. Her responsibilities included implementation of a new organizational and functional model based on Agile. She was responsible for coordinating the work of technology development and business support teams, created presentations and visualized financial statements, and developed approaches to cross-selling VTB Group subsidiaries' products. In addition, she coordinated and monitored the implementation of the Medium and Small Business Strategy, as well as prepared analytical reports and presentations on KPIs implementation.

 

Daria holds a master's degree in International Economic Relations from St. Petersburg State University of Economics.
